Posted this on my personal page, but I think it belongs here as well.. What I find to be so interesting are the posts that people like on FB. Infographics that spew positive platitudes have thousands of likes but posts that touch a deeper level are not. I find this interesting because posts like Choose Love not Hate on a background with a heart will get thousands even though making that choice and living it is not easily done unless you do the inner work. The choice is the fi...rst step and then comes the work. The true spiritual journey is the one inside your own spirit and soul. It is not lighting candles, dancing, drumming, burning incense and OMing. All of the above are tools to assist us to enter inward. However, many of us including myself in the past have stopped here. The jump down your own rabbit hole is what is necessary and only you can do it. Not a psychic, not a shaman, not a drug. Its all us...
