NEW FHA LOAN LIMITS FOR 2020 On Dec 3rd, 2019 FHA published Mortgagee Letter 2019-19 announcing new maximum FHA loan limits. In Maricopa and Pinal Counties the maximum loan amount for a one-unit property has increased to $331,760 from $314,827. (Call for 2-4 unit limits)... Not all counties are equal!
