A SUPRISE TO MANY: We sold both of our food trucks in the midst of COVID with the intention and excitement to build again! And this time, build it ourselves. We are excited for a fresh start and to get back out on the streets to see all of you! Keep checking in with us for new videos of the happenings, recipes and whatever else we feel like posting!

When you're on your way to the Springerville Rib Throwdown ( yes, stoked to be back in competition mode!) and you hit a bump in the road. Turns out that bump was a porcupine. Sorry bro!
