Well, the 2020 Springerville Rib Throwdown is officially in the books and I have to say, my heart is bursting with happiness. This year's event is by far the most favorite event I have ever been a part of. I have so many people to thank for making it happen and so many more photos to post, but for now, enjoy these and know that Kelly and I are truly BLESSED to have you all in our lives. The best part of this year's event for us was all the great friends and friendships we... got to experience. From the Thursday night BBQ Dinner to the Saturday Night Pizza Party. From the Sunday Alpine ride & lunch to the night time Dinner on site and then the Monday night dinner/party at the Nuttall's and everything in between. It was so great to see so many teams and families stay the extra days and join us for all these fun activities. This is what it's all about. I love that we have the comp and I love that we support some great charities and causes, but what truly was the best part of the weekend was all these other activities that we all got to share together. Those are the great memories Kelly and I will cherish FOREVER. Thank you all for coming and joining us, especially during this unique year we are having. Thank you to all of the great people who helped put this event on. And Thank you for your friendships. You truly all are the epitome of what BBQ is and should be. I am so Blessed and Thankful to have shared this year's experience with all of you. I'm already ready for next year, who else is? See more

Today would have been our 3rd Annual Law Enforcement Rib Throwdown. Want to give a shout out to The Ceremony Shop and Chet Parker for hosting and sponsoring this great event each year. Yes, we had to cancel this year's event, but our Thoughts & Prayers go out to all of our Law Enforcement friends & family as well as all First Responders and Essential workers.
